- Fleet-scale delivery systems: Centralized deploy dispatchers, builds that come out the same in every environment, and guardrail/pre-merge check frameworks. On a ~150-function serverless fleet, this work eliminated a whole category of silent, skipped deployments.
- Zero-regression migration at fleet scale: A company-wide serverless modernization onto infrastructure-as-code, backed by a 300+ test framework whose characterization suite verified each migrated function behaved identically to the original before its cutover. Legacy versions were retired only after verification against live traffic paths.
